At TechnoAce, we offer these cranes in both Single Girder and Double Girder configurations to meet diverse operational requirements, including Safe Working Load (SWL), speed, lift height, and other specific characteristics. The Single Girder variants are equipped with standard electric wire rope hoists that promise reliability and ease of maintenance.
For more demanding applications, our Double Girder Gantry Cranes provide enhanced capability, supporting standard crabs for loads up to 100MT and custom open winch type crabs capable of handling up to 400MT. This range is particularly suited for operations requiring substantial spans, lift heights, and speed variations. Additionally, these cranes can be equipped with either a main hoist or a combination of main and auxiliary hoists, the latter being ideal for tasks requiring load tilting.
Both Single and Double Girder Cranes can be customized with multiple hoisting trolleys on the same bridge, enhancing operational flexibility. For precision in movement and control, we integrate Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) in the cranes’ control panels, facilitating meticulous management of lifting and travel motions.
